This morning at industry event Content Warsaw, SkyShowtime’s Chief Content Officer Kai Finke took part in a keynote interview where he shared SkyShowtime’s content strategy for Central and Eastern Europe, discussing acquisitions, original commissions and co-productions with local partners. Kai exclusively announced SkyShowtime’s newest commissioned original programming project in Poland – Langer. The SkyShowtime Original Series will be based on the novel by bestseller author Remigiusz Mróz. The six-part thriller series is directed by Łukasz Palkowski and stars Jakub Gierszał in the leading role. This is the second project in Poland announced by SkyShowtime in recent months, following the news that SkyShowtime Original Series Śleboda started filming in April.
