American actress Danielle Riley Keough was born on May 29, 1989. At the age of 20, she made her cinematic debut in the supporting role of Marie Currie in the musical biopic The Runaways (2010). They made their engagement public in August of 2014. They tied the knot on February 4, 2015, in Napa Valley, California. On an episode of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in February 2023, Keough revealed that she had always known she would marry Smith-Petersen. “I don’t see the future, but I know certain things are going to happen,” the Daisy Jones & The Six star said.
“Like when I met my husband, he came out of the gas station on our second date and I thought, ‘I’m going to marry him and have kids with him.’ ” She added: “I just knew. We didn’t even say ‘I love you’ yet.“
